MECHANIZED DISASTER RESPONSE

A grapple saw truck would revolutionize Sirens Project’s disaster response capabilities by combining safety, efficiency, and precision in one advanced piece of equipment. This specialized truck eliminates the need for risky manual climbing or complex rigging systems, keeping volunteers out of harm's way while drastically reducing the time it takes to remove hazardous trees from homes and roadways. What once took hours or even days with traditional methods can now be completed in minutes, allowing the team to assist more families than ever before.

Sirens Project has begun the build process for this revolutionary disaster response tool. Follow along and help support our progress!

YOU CAN BECOME AN OFFICIAL SPONSOR

By donating to our grapple saw truck fundraiser, you’ll be doing more than just helping us acquire essential equipment for disaster response—you’ll be joining us in every mission we undertake. For donations of a certain amount, we will proudly display your name or company logo on the truck and crane, showcasing your commitment to helping communities in need.

This visible display of support will travel with us to disaster zones, where it will be seen by hundreds of community members, volunteers, and other relief organizations. Each time we remove a hazardous tree or clear debris, your sponsorship will be recognized as a key part of our mission to help families recover after devastating events. Make a lasting impact by adding your name to a tool that brings relief, safety, and hope to those who need it most.

The Ultimate Disaster Response Truck 35%

EQUIPMENT PLAN

To revolutionize volunteer disaster response, Sirens Project is launching a three-phase fundraising initiative to build a state-of-the-art grapple saw truck. This specialized vehicle will dramatically increase safety, efficiency, and the number of families served in the wake of hurricanes and tornadoes. By investing in this long-term asset, we will expand our reach, reduce response time, and elevate the standard for non-profit disaster relief.

Our total fundraising goal is $125,000, which will be raised in three strategic stages:

  • Goal: Raise $40,000 to purchase and upfit a 4x4 Medium Duty Truck.
  • Why? The truck will immediately support disaster operations by hauling heavy equipment, debris, and tree removal gear.
  • Timeline: We aim to fully fund this phase within the first year to get the truck in service as soon as possible.
  • Fundraising Strategies:
    1. Major donor outreach and corporate sponsorships
    2. Community fundraising events
    3. Crowdfunding campaigns
    4. Matching donation challenges
  • Goal: Raise an additional $50,000 to purchase a heavy-duty knuckleboom crane.
  • Why? This crane will drastically improve our tree removal capabilities by allowing us to lift and maneuver massive debris safely and efficiently.
  • Timeline: Over the next two years, we will secure funds to purchase the crane.
  • Fundraising Strategies:
    1. Grants from foundations supporting disaster relief and environmental response
    2. Partnerships with construction, tree care, and heavy equipment companies
    3. High-impact social media campaigns showcasing our progress and impact

With this purpose-built disaster response vehicle, we will be able to:
Triple the number of families served per deployment
Increase volunteer safety by reducing risky tree removal methods
Respond faster with a self-sufficient, off-road capable unit
Operate with greater efficiency, reducing long-term operational costs

By investing in this game-changing tool, we are ensuring that underserved communities get professional-level assistance when they need it most.
